In this exiting role you will be responsible for leading and facilitating cross-functional Six Sigma process improvement teams to achieve desired results on assigned projects. You will also be responsible for acting as a liaison between Business Group Directors and the Six Sigma organization to oversee the portfolio of projects as well as training and mentoring of the Lean tools and concepts. You will serve as a catalyst for change within the organization to fully integrate Lean Six Sigma principles into the management of the Business Units.
1. Lead Lean Six Sigma projects toward successful completion by supporting Lean Six Sigma program and initiatives and facilitating cross functional teams and training that result in improved process quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction.
2. Works with Department Leaders to establish goals and objectives related to Lean Six Sigma, including quality targets, and prioritizes projects to ensure resources are appropriately applied to achieve established goals at the department level.
3. Establishes and monitors department level metrics relative to Lean Six Sigma programs, projects and initiatives. Conducts periodic Lean Six Sigma program reviews and updates department leadership and the Business Unit Deployment Leaders on the deployment progress and LSS results.
4. Audits closed projects to ensure project results are maintained.
5. Ensures accuracy of Lean Six Sigma database, and other reporting tools, by updating regularly.

This is a consulting position requiring project oriented experience and a technical background in security and networking fundamentals. This position provides the opportunity to participate in multiple areas of the consulting role such as pre-sales, requirements collection, scope design and execution of implementation services as well as creation of project specific documents.
